This is where, after long series of experiments, scientists first managed to create certain items using Phase Energy. However, the manufacturing of these items requires certain talents, and only someone with a specific Craftsmanship Skill Level is even able to produce something decent in this workshop. This is a hallowed field, attacks are impossible.
