The Duel Zone is based on the system of Duel Points. You gain Duel Points by winning a fight in the Duel Zone. This can be either against another Player or an NPC (not Phase Creatures. You can also gain Duel Points by digging for Ingerium or Impure Ingerium. You will lose Duel Points if you lose a fight against other Players in the Duel Zone (not if you lose against NPCs). The amount of Duel Points gained or lost depends on the Difference between the Duel Points of yourself and your Opponent. The more Duel Points your Opponent has, the more you will gain.
Spells based on Duel Points[edit]
There are some Spells that require a certain amount of Duel Points. They can be purchased in the Shop of the Duel Zone. All of those Items (except for the Disc of Duel Zones and the Crate of Nectar Beer can only be used inside the Duel Zone.

Ranking[edit]
In every world there is a ranking list at the entrance to the Duel Zone. It shows the 30 Players with the most Duel Points. Being on that list does not give you any more than the satisfaction of being one of the best.
