This article describes the strongest version of the Amulets of Frostspite. The weaker version is Amulet of Lesser Frostspite.

		Amulet of Frostspite
		When this amulet is worn, there is a 20% chance of causing additional Frost Damage each time you strike at an NPC. The Frost Damage corresponds to 30% of your own Strength (Attack Power without Weapon).

Statistically, it is worth to replace an Amulet of Firespite by an Amulet of Frostspite when one has 417 attack power or more. For replacing an Amulet of Greater Firespite one should have 1667 attack power or more.
