| By applying the knowledge contained in this book, you acquire the Engineering Skill. By applying the knowledge in this book, you acquire the Engineering Skill. This Skill enables you to efficiently organise and optimise an upgrade of any kind of building or depot (e.g. a pipeline at the Oil Tower or a depot at the Oil Storehouse in Mentoran). Upgrades will take 1% less time per level. The book dissolves after you use it. | ||
