Function: The barrel of oil drum has no particular function and should be sold in the best Forge in Buran, since it is where the most profit. Here it can be sold via multiple sale. The Skill Oil Management capacity can be increased in percentage terms the amount that receives one of the Forge of a barrel. The oil barrel is needed for a Quest.
