As you hook up the Milking Machine and turn the crank, the machine sucks all the milk out of the cow and you get a bucket of fresh milk.

If a player wants to use the milking machine though he hasn't the Quest, following text is displayed:

You cannot milk Dairy Cow because this NPC does not have any milk left.
