	By applying the Blue Eternal Flame a Flaming Spirit Shield can be upgraded to a Blue-Flaming Spirit Shield. You cover your Flaming Spirit Shield with the Blue Eternal Flame and recieve a Blue-Flaming Spirit Shield.
