A strong storm from Reikan blows towards Mentoran.
Message during effect:
A sandstorm of immeasurable strength rages in Mentoran and prevents everyone in Mentoran from travelling. Only Tarunans can move without hindrance.
Final Message:
The sandstorm in Mentoran abates. Every dune of the desert has been reshaped.
