		This special Phase Raygun feeds directly on Phase Energy. The raygun can be used to wound any on NPC on the same field at a rate of 25% of its current Life Points per shot. Required Intelligence: 100. Required Skill: Ranged Weapons Level 15. Required Phase Energy: 1000 points.

Miscellaneous: NPCs cant die by being shot with ranged Weapons. Each Shot costs 1.000 Phase Energy Points.		Prices: Default Sales Price: 50 Gold Attention: These are default prices at the shops. The market price when trading with other players can vary wildly!
Function: Rates 25% of a NPC's life points.
