Sphere of influence: Surface of the world

Effect: Everytime this effect appears, all players on the surface lose 3 Life Points If someone only has 3 Life Points left, he/she loses no more Life Points.

Initial Message: A couple of hailstones fall from the sky.

Message during effect: Huge hailstones fall from the sky. Everyone caught on the surface loses 3 Life Points.

Final Message: The hailstorm gradually abates, but there are still huge hailstones scattered on the ground.
