Effect: Spiral plants grow all over the surface.

Initial Message: Small pollen or spores descend down onto the ground, probably from Outer Space.

Message during effect: As soon as the spores touch the ground, they start developing into the strangest kinds of Spiral Plants.

Final Message: There are no more spores in the air, but there are still those strange Spiral Plants all over the place.
