Poisonous Mist

Sphere of influence: Surface of the world

Effect: All players on the surface get poisoned for 10 minutes.

Initial Message: The air starts smelling strangely acrid and a thick, green, poisonous mist appears from nowhere.

Message during effect: The green mist poisons everyone on the world's surface.

Final Message: The poisonous mist evaporates slowly but a faint smell of poison still hangs in the air.
