A particularly important feature of the wiki system is the internal references - Links to other pages in the wiki. Suppose we want the text to the main page. In addition, there are three options:

 • Just the article title in double square brackets Main Page and we obtain Main Page
 • or with a hyphen (|) specify an alternate link text as in Surprise, this result looks: Surprise.
 • In Chapter headings within an article can point with Shopsystem#Price volatility: Shopsystem#Price volatility

If such a link red, means simply, that the article does not by this name exists. Clicking on a red link will open a processing window, which allows you to create the article again.

External Links are all types of references that use the internet, whether they belong to the wiki or not. Again there are three variants:

Images involve is also an easy exercise. If the image is already available on the internet, just the URL of an image in the source code review - done. It follows http://stehta.de/images/error.gif easily: error.gif

Otherwise, the picture in one FreewarWiki upload. Therefore in the tool bar at the left edge of the window to "Upload" and then clicking on the button "Browse". Now you simply select the image and click Open. After a spirited click on "Upload Files" is the image stored on the server. It is subject, however, special Figure Guidelines.

With this type of image integration, the syntax is slightly different, namely . More details can be found on well Help:Images. For example, it is clear the little map Narubias on the right side.
