A brief statement on copyright

As copyright is defined as the exclusive right of an author in his work.

5. Photographic works, including works that are created similarly to photographic works;
6. Film works, including works produced by processes similar to cinematography;
7. Representations of scientific or technical nature, such as drawings, plans, maps, sketches, tables and plastic representations.

(2) Works for the purposes of this Act are just personal intellectual creations.
