Concrete Lacks: How do you get Drop-Items? Gamemechanic? Significance for the game?

Drop-Items are Items that are dropped by any NPC, but the odds for that are extremely low. They are not to be confused with the NPC-Items, which are listed on the page of the particular NPC.

There are also items that can be assembled from a drop-item and another, namely the assembled Drop-Items.

Soul Capsules are no Drop-Items, as their drop rate is calculated differently than that of real Drop-Items. The drop rate of the Soul Capsules depends solely on the strength of the weapons of the attacking player's character and their Soul Connection Skill: Strong arms and armour and a high Soul Connection Skill will earn more Soul Capsules.
