The cooking of '''Meals''' is possible at the [[Fireplace (Nawor)|Fireplace]] in [[Nawor]]. All Meals are categorized as [[Spells]], more precisely [[:Category:Healing Items|Healing Items]], and heal a depending amount of [[Life Points]] while eating, using so to speak.

All meals are healing a basic amount of Life Points. This amount can be increased by the [[Skill]] ''[[Cookery]]'', one Life Point with each level.

Some meals can be sold to [[The Odd Tavern|The Odd Tavern]] in [[Lorania]]. The Condition for that is a certain level of the [[Skill]] [[Cookery]] to please the [[Nonplayable Races#tentacle creatures|tentacle creatures]], wich are particular choosy gourmets.

The first healing meal in [[Freewar]] is still not possible to be cooked by [[Player]]s: the [[taydam steak]].

The first meal made by a [[Player]] was cooked on sunday, the 29.1.2005, short after 3 am.

On friday, the 7.10.2005, some new meals were introduced.

Between 6th and 19th of June 2006 the ''Nawor Cooking-World-Championship 2006'' took place in german world 5. The Player Kailoi won after 4 competitions. The Championship and the 31 cooked meals are documented [http://forum.freewar.de/viewtopic.php?t=15066 hier].
