You can chose the Gender of your [[Character]] when you create your [[Account]]. This does not have any influence on the game itself though. The Gender of the Character does not have to be the Gender of the [[Player]].
Changing the Gender later in the game is '''only''' possible as [[Sponsor]].

It once was possible to have a Character without any Gender. This was a bug that is fixed now.

== Abuse ==
Many betrayers chose the female Gender to get Passwords or precious [[Item]]s from careless male Players. It happens from time to time that Players are talked to by a (fictional) woman, invited to ICQ or MSN and that they receive pictures of beautiful girls. This is mostly combined with an attempt of stealing the Password, one kind or another. Therefore, it is really important to be careful with all Players, no matter the Gender.
