To do this there are basically two different ways:

::To do that click the button labelled "''edit''" above each article.

::By clicking the link labelled "''edit''" next to each headline in an article, you can edit that section only. (If you have no concept of "headline" yet, be patience and read on.)

In any case you will get a page with a text field which contains the source code of the wiki-page you want to edit. 

If you have finished your modifications, it's recommended, to click the button "'''''Show preview'''''" below the summary field. The page will reload and display how the article will look like, if you go on and save the page. Under that preview there is still the edit field where you can apply necessary changes and correct mistakes you spotted in the preview.
