Sphere of influence: Surface of the world

Effect: On any occurrence all players on the surface get healed by 2 Life Points

Initial Message: Scattered clouds appear on the horizon, laden with healing rain.

Message during effect: The rain comes down in sheets from the sky, restoring 2 Life Points to everyone on the surface.

Final Message: The clouds disperse slowly and the rain ends.
